The photo of iPad3 Retina Display leaked in Korean forum and the wave of rumors about Apple’s next generation iPad seems endless. The high-resolution Retina Display Technology is expected to be the star component of Apple in their next tablet.
Features of iPad 3 with Retina Display
Some of the features noted from leaked photo are as follows:
- Increased power derived from the A6 SoC with a quad-core design.
- 9.7 inch screen size
- Three wires for data transfer
- Retina display resolution – 2048 × 1536 pixels
Image of both panels are revealed
Korean forum has revealed the image of both iPad panel 2 (top) and the iPad panel 3 (below) with a higher number of connectors. The amount of extra data carried is four times higher than the iPhone 2 which is required for greater screen resolution.
Some screens that would be manufactured by Sharp under IZGO technology will be capable of allowing these resolutions while lowering the weight and consumption of earlier IPS panel of Apple tablets.
